I like having an interface so my pin and password isn't entered into a client. This device is a pleasure to use. Perfect to hold. Zero lag, great haptic feedback. Menu is simple, great features, and the app is really clean and intuitive. Pretty happy with it reqlly. Easy setup too. Entire device is well thought out. Only drawback is the battery. Whenever you have a bright vibrant display you will have short battery life. I grt about an hour and a half if it's on constantly. But you really woukdnt do thst. Only when you need your private keys. And honestly I always have a charger or battery near me anyhow becaise of my phone etc so even if it was dead, take a couple minutes to be operative. I almost went with ledger flex where it last for weeks on one charge but the epaper can't see it in the dark. No go for me. This one key screen is as clear as an iPhone. Very polished.

The device itself works great. However, if we look at value for money, I might suggest trying a different solution. The only way to update the cold storage device is to use a microSD card, which did not update the device. The help desk was very good in trying to resolve the issue, but it took over a week as it was one message per day.

The device has a cool look because it's very slim and the surface is matte and velvety, although that also means fingerprints can become visible quite easily, but they’re also easy to wipe off. It’s actually very thin, exactly 3mm at its thickest point, yet still stable enough. This means you can even put it in your wallet next to your other cards if you want to. Whether connected via Bluetooth or USB-C cable, the connection to a smartphone or laptop is quick, and Bluetooth is also stable. On older iPhones like the iPhone 8 or Android devices running versions before Android 9, there can be issues with the Bluetooth connection. Setup is simple and done in a short time. The app, including the web app, is well-structured, clear, and sufficient for almost all everyday needs. For the price of \$99, it’s simply excellent and highly recommended. Most importantly, make sure to only buy directly from the manufacturer’s official shop, and check that the security seals are intact when unboxing—you should be the first to break them. Don’t buy the wallet from third-party sellers. That’s the only way to ensure you have a genuine, non-tampered device in your hands. If it’s been manipulated, you could lose your coins in the worst-case scenario.

I find the Tangem card very secure and easy to use. Unfortunately, I once fell for a fake Tangem link and accidentally entered my seed phrase there. As a result, my balance was quickly gone. Important: Tangem will never ask for the seed phrase! Please be very careful — never share it and make sure to use only the official Tangem app or website. Tangem is an official company based in Switzerland, but there are many fake sites on the internet, so please be cautious. I have since ordered a new card. Customer service was very friendly and helped me quickly. Many thanks to the Tangem team!

Tangem is a very good product. At the start, you can choose between a seed phrase or a password. Important to know: if you choose the password (as I did), you won’t be able to switch back later. In this case, you have to transfer your funds to another wallet or exchange, reset the card, and reconfigure it with a seed phrase. Then you transfer the funds back to the reset card. I will have to do this now, and it will probably be a bit tedious. My advice: don’t buy via Moonpay – it’s complicated and expensive. It’s better to use a platform like Coinbase or Bitpanda and then transfer to Tangem. The app has an average interface, but pairing with WalletConnect works well. A major drawback is that there is no PC or desktop interface. An advantage is that the cards require no battery and come as a set of three.

Rookie blunder vs Tangem support - Being new to crypto, I made a completely newb mistake. I sent BTC from Coinbase to my TANGEM wallet Tether address on Etherium network instead of the Tangem Bitcoin address. After consulting with Tangem support, they resolved the BTC I thought was completely unreachable and fully recovered all of it ( minus transaction fees ). Tangem support was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable in fixing even the newbies mistakes. Highly recommend Tangem cold wallet.

I bought the OneKey Pro, payment was very fast and uncomplicated, the shipment was even quite fast when you consider that it was delivered from the Asian area to Germany. The product as it stands now works very well, the only thing I have a complaint about is that you can't set the device to reset itself after 3 faulty pins, only after 10 times. Furthermore, support requests were usually answered directly within 24 hours and in detail, which indicates good training, as there were also complex questions. If I notice any problems in the future, I will update this review

Tangem's Built-In Exchange Partner (ChangeHero) Stole $70k - Don't Trust Their Swaps! - Think twice before using the swap feature inside your Tangem wallet! I trusted Tangem, used their "partner" ChangeHero for a big XRP swap ($70k+), and now my money is locked up, probably gone forever. ChangeHero has me stuck in some never-ending KYC BS for more than a month. Honestly, I feel betrayed by Tangem. Why would they put a service like ChangeHero right inside their app? It makes you think it's safe, that Tangem checked them out. But when disaster strikes because of their partner, good luck getting real help. Tangem needs to own up to this – they pointed me straight to the service that ripped me off. Using their built-in feature cost me dearly. Be warned: the convenience isn't worth the risk of Tangem leading you to shady partners like ChangeHero. Edit: Tangem support is also having me in auto response loop, makes you wonder who's at fault. #UPDATE: Tangem support helped me in the case and i have received everything. Updated review from 1 star to 5 stars.

Tangem Saved Me From Losing My Tokens. - Hello, CRONOS VS ETHEREUM NETWORK: I purchased Ethereum tokens on a very popular exchange. I then proceeded to carelessly transfer the Ethereum (ETH) tokens to the incorrect Cronos network versus to the correct Tangem Ethereum (ETH) wallet, using my correct Tangem receiver wallet identification. I immediately contacted the exchange where I purchased the tokens and was told to contact Cronos as the funds were already sent out. I also sought out additional advisement from friends and was told that the tokens were gone into the Cronos "cloud" forever and to forget about them. NO CONTACT INFORMATION 4 CRONOS: I searched high and low for several days for the contact information from Cronos and tried contacting them on Discord. No contact/help information found. No response from Chronos on discord. TANGEM SUPPORT: I then reached out to the Tangem support team and within 24-48 hours. To my surprise, I received emailed instructions and step-by-step guidance on How to ADD the Cronos (Bridge WETH) tokens to my Tangem wallet. The Tangem support team went above and beyond to help and assist me. Thank you, Tangem support team! As a new, yet satisfied client with Tangem. I rushed and ordered a second Tangem wallet to be used with NO seedless phrases for more added security to supplement my two (Tangem/ring and Trezor) current cold storage wallets. Been using a Tangem wallet for about 6 months. I also have a Trezor. After using both I won't go back to using wallet with a seed phrase (which is still an option but I don't use it). One less thing to worry about. If someone get it your seed your screwed. If you lose the seed Screwed (& your hardware fails). My plan is simple no-one knows where my cards are and without them I'm safe. Also the APP is excellent. Until I have enough crypto to use a stronger means Tangem is perfect solution.

Tangem's customer service IS AMAZING! Unlike coinbase, no response or trust wallet, a week later and absolutely incompetent & usless, they get the job done!! I emailed a concern late one evening, the very next morning I received an email from them addressing it. Within 2 back forths it was solved! Also when I returned the email during bussines hours thier response was within minutes! I feel so much more confident now transferring my assets knowing I'm not alone while navigating the treacherous waters of crypto storage/management. Bravo Tangem! 🤠🐾

I had a scary, difficult experience where my transactions showed completely imported but the balance in my account showed zero. The tangem team was prompt, efficient, and effectively corrected the problem to my great relief. I believe tangem is the safest, most secure, easiest, most practical and protective personal wallet I’ve come across to date. I highly recommend tangem to all!

Best wallet i could find anywhere - Shopping in Tangem website is pretty straight forward. Even tho i had to pay for import fees (my country has a heavy hand on those), it was worth it. Setting it up was very easy and using it is even easier. Love the possibility of having a seed or seedless wallet as i please. I would only hope that some day Tangem supports generating a new wallet address for each BTC transaction. This is the only thing missing from a "full set of features" as far as i want to go. Best things about Tangem for me are not having to worry about recharging, battery life, some screen or camera breaking or becoming useless, faulty / damaged / dirty USB port, et al. In the long range, less is more IMO.

I had a problem with La Poste, which apparently can no longer deliver a package without losing it. So I contacted Tangem customer service, and they responded very quickly. After a short and efficient email exchange, I received a replacement package via express shipping. Many thanks to the team! I would also like to point out that the cold wallet is very easy to use and you don’t need to be a cybersecurity expert to set it up. Of course, it is essential to have this type of storage to keep our cryptocurrencies safe. Thank you, Tangem.

First time and last time buying a cold wallet because they're that good 😊💯. No worries about batteries, other malfunctions, writing down 36 word seed phrases, all that in my hectic world is just a little bit too much for something to go wrong. I like the simplicity, and I do not worry one bit about it. I seen the cool ring, but for me a key fob would be a really cool extra, nobody would even know what it was.

Tangem Wallet Review – The Best, but Not Perfect Tangem is hands down the best hardware wallet out there—sleek, secure, and super easy to use. But there’s one thing that really bugs me: their sluggishness in adding new assets and chains. For example, they support Sologenic (SOLO) on Binance Smart Chain but not on XRPL, which makes no sense considering SOLO is an XRPL-native token. Meanwhile, they were lightning-fast to add TrumpCoin. Priorities? Feels off. Another gripe is no SHX on Stellar. Why? Stellar is a major payments network, yet they seem to drag their feet on adding useful assets outside the most mainstream ones. I hope Tangem speeds up their asset integration. If they could match their hardware quality with faster, community-driven support for new tokens, this wallet would be unstoppable.

New to crypto currency and wanted to learn as much as I could before holding. I’ve heard all the scary stories of significant losses. I checked into all the cold storage wallets and settled on Tangem. The other wallets require a large investment in an electronic device which many times breaks. Tangem uses either a card or a ring with a chip inside that holds your key, no batteries or screen that can wear out. During my learning curve I’m expected to make mistakes, fewer the better of course. I purchased some crypto currencies on my favorite exchange and then proceeded to transfer to my Tangem cold storage wallets. I was obviously in too much of a hurry and ended up sending different coins to my Pepe wallet. So, thousands of dollars of Bitcoin disappeared. I contacted Tangem and heard back within a day. I was grateful to Tangem for finding my coins on an Etherium wallet. All I had to do was add that wallet into my Tangem Home Screen and, “WALLA,” coins were all there. Very grateful that this lesson wasn’t to painful, thanks to Tangem support.

I'm very happy with the Ellipal Titan 2.0 as my primary storage of my crypto assets. The device is completely air-gapped, doesn't use HTTP or Bluetooth, and is unavailable to hackers. I love the color screen and the user interface. It communicates with an app on your smart phone or tablet via scanning QR codes. That feature presented a bit of a learning curve for me, but makes total sense once you get used to it. There are cheaper options available, but I in Ellipal Titan, I chose a top-of-the-line option to house my most valuable assets!

A hardware wallet that works really, really well. There’s no need to use bridges or have technical knowledge to store smaller cryptocurrencies like Alephium, which can be a real pain with other wallets. Wallet and ring combo - I ordered the wallet and ring package. Received it fairly quickly. Pairing the cards to the app was a breeze. The ring took a bit longer since it covered less area on my phone and finding the NFC antenna was a search. After that setting up the wallet was seamless and moving crypto in from other exchanges took less than 30.

Disappeared funds and no support ** update resolved - I used the swap function within the wallet to exchange one token for another. The swap failed and the funds disappeared. I have emailed “support at tangem dot com” for assistance in resolving the matter. I received an automated response asking for more information (which was already in the initial email) chased for an update with a second email 4 days later, and still had no response. It very much feels like the customer support can’t keep up with the issues that are arising… poor behaviour and planning from such a large company. If a company representative reads this I would appreciate a response please. I’ve been very supportive of Tangem and encouraged many of my family and friends to use Tangem. It’s making me feel I’ve backed the wrong venture. **update: as support said, it was a very slow process but credit where credit is due Tangem have investigated and organised for the return of my missing funds. My experience up to the point of losing the funds has been great. Super easy to use and set up - from this point of view Tangem is great. I’m wary of the in-app swap function after my recent experience so will probably steer clear of that but all in all I’m happy with the resolution so thank you Tangem.

I’m nearly 2 years in crypto and used many exchanges, hot wallets and cold wallets. I learned a lot without any help but most best cold wallet is Tangem for me. I can’t believe people give bad reviews just not receiving the post and don’t know how to create accounts and use Tangem cards. Last days problem was clear message to everyone, update your app and read report if you effected. Order product just from Tangem app or main website, don’t risk Amazon or elsewhere.

The device works as expected after a bit of playing around to understand everything. There could maybe be more how-to examples on the website to help with the first transactions. I used the MixPay option. Sadly the fees where quite high during that time which increased the price from 278 to around 300 USD. The delivery went well expect of the long delivery of 2-3 weeks but this was expected since it comes from Singapore.

I love how easy and quick it is to use. It not only arrived quickly in the mail but also features a premium quality design that you can truly feel when handling the wallet. It offers a wide variety of coins to purchase, and some of them can be staked to earn money. The most important aspect, however, is that it is EXTREMELY SECURE AND PROVIDES TOTAL CONTROL OVER MY CRYPTOCURRENCY. I also appreciated that when purchasing the wallet, the tax was included in the price, and yes – this wallet works incredibly well with Coinbase. It also has a fast charge time, a crystal-clear display, and a very responsive touchscreen. I recommend the ELLIPAL 2.0 hardware wallet over other similar touchscreen options on the market. My next purchase will include a carrying case and a metal seed phrase case.
